Jackie’s love for animals as a young girl led her to Countryside Animal Hospital 27 years ago. She was raised in Upstate New York where she participated in the horse show industry. There she trained and showed the top horses in the country and gave riding lessons. After moving to Florida she began working at Countryside in an entry level position and eventually became the head receptionist. Jackie feels that her position allows her to help both the owner and their furry friends. She recognizes the importance of the human animal bond and strives to help make owners feel comfortable in both the good and difficult times.
Jackie loves the Golden Retriever breed and has been blessed to share her life with 3 of these amazing dogs. In her spare time she enjoys dining out, spending time with her family and her dog Sawyer. She has a zest for life and it shows in everything she does.

I’ve been with Dr. Anderson and the amazing team at Countryside Animal Hospital for 17 years. From my first dog, Vin Diesel, to Izzy, Gia, Sophia, and Bella — they have cared for each of my babies like their own. Through every check-up, every emergency, and even the hardest goodbyes, their compassion never wavered. When I was too heartbroken to pick out urns for my beloved pets, Dr. Anderson personally chose ones that captured their spirit perfectly. That’s the kind of heart and care you’ll find here.
